Marko Hakovirta Awarded Three Year Appointment as Adjunct Professor in Materials Science and Engineering

The School of Materials Science and Engineering has offered Marko Hakovirta, IPST's Associate Director of Research, a three year appointment as an Adjunct Professor.

In the words of Professor Aselm Griffin, the School's Chair: "This appointment is being extended to you in recognition of your national and international reputation, and based upon your research accomplishments."

As an Adjunct Professor, Dr. Hakovirta will now be able to persue opportunities available to other faculty in the school such as collaborative research with MSE faculty and students, service on doctoral or other internal committees, or teaching an MSE class.
